  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all brand tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
